2.How We Use Information

• To set up and operate the missed-call text-back, review request, and follow-up workflows you sign up for.
• To bill your subscription and communicate with you about your account.
• To respond to support requests and improve the Services.
• To comply with legal obligations, including telecom carrier requirements for business text messaging (A2P 10DLC registration).

We do not sell your information or your customers' information to third parties.

3.How Information Is Shared

We share information only as needed to deliver the Services — with the third-party messaging, payment, and telecom platforms that power the automation, and as required by law. Each of those providers has its own privacy practices governing how it handles data on our behalf.

Phone numbers and message content used for missed-call text-back and review request workflows are used solely to deliver those services on your behalf. We do not use this data for unrelated marketing purposes, and we do not share it outside of what's required to operate the Services.

We retain account and customer contact data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to any records we're required to retain by law.

• You can request a copy of the data we hold about your account by contacting us.
• Your customers can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can request that we delete your account data after cancellation, as described above.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle, including relying on reputable third-party platforms with their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
